Thanks & September meme Encylopedia of Me Meme A is for . . .
September 1, 2007
First of all I would like to say a big
to those who commented yesterday. I would like to point out that I didnt mean with newborns but with my toddler who is nearly 2 years old. I have lost a cousin to cot death and this can be brought on by many reasons one of which would be rolling over on the baby. So I personally dont think cosleeping with a newborn is a good idea. With Daniel and all my children they slept in my room in their bassinets to start with. You can buy bassinets that attach to the parents bed and I think these are a good option too. Although I would be worried about my pillow that tends to sometimes slip off the bed getting into the bassinet.
I have been cosleeping with Daniel for a week and before that I had been bringing him into my bed in the middle of the night when he cried. I personality dont have a problem with this. I have been thinking we might have to look at a way of making our bed wider though
Thanks again for telling me what you think and feel. I even meet some new friends. I appreciate your feedback everyone and as a friend said it made for a interesting discussion.

I found this meme last month but too late to do it then
Im going to be doing mine this month
So starting today, I’m going to make a post each day of the month beginning with “A is for…” and on the 26th day, “Z is for…” My posts will be different random topics that somehow relate to my life and at the end I should have something similar to Amy Rosenthal’s Encyclopedia of an Ordinary Life.
“Rosenthal has collected a lifetime of thoughts, observations, and decisions, and created an alphabetized personal encyclopedia, complete with cross-referenced entries and illustrations…”
~quote from Daphne Durham a book reviewer for Amazon.
If youd like to do it too let me know so I can read yours too. It will be a great way to know you better. It will also be a nice memoirs for yourself to look back on.
So with out further ado
A is for . . .
